Terms of use

The site tells US insurance agency owners about our recruiting appointment service, and lets you ask us to call you. It gives information. It is not an offer to sell anything.

We agree our services with each client separately, on a call and in writing. Those written terms are the ones that apply to our services. Nothing on this site adds to them or changes them.

You must be 18 or older to use the site or send the form. If you send the form for a business, you confirm that you’re allowed to act for it.

You agree not to:

• give false information in the form, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• send spam, or use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to send forms, copy pages or collect data from the site;
• try to break into, overload or get around the security of the site, or interfere with how it works;
• send viruses or any other harmful code;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm us, our clients or anyone else.

We may block access to the site, or ignore form requests, when we believe someone is breaking these terms.

The text, logos, illustrations, screens, videos and design of the site belong to us or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Rodeo Leads name and logo are our trademarks.

You may view and print pages of the site for your own use, including to decide whether to work with us. You may not copy, change, republish or sell any part of the site, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

The figures on the site describe our past work across our clients. They are not a promise of what any agency will get. Results depend on many things, including each agency’s own hiring.

Testimonials are the views of the clients who give them. Your results may differ.

Screens of the client portal are examples. The portal may look and work differently over time.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, licensing or compliance advice. Please talk to your own advisers about those matters.

The “Client sign-in” link takes clients to our client portal. The portal is for clients only. Their use of it is covered by our agreements with them, not by these terms.

If you agree on the form to get texts from us, our SMS terms apply to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

The site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them. Their own terms apply.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will always be available or free of errors or viruses, or that its information is always complete and current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rodeo Leads and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, that come from your use of the site or your inability to use it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Some states don’t allow some of these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from any claim that results, including reasonable legal fees.

If you have a concern about the site, please contact us first at info@rodeoleads.com. Most concerns can be settled that way.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. The updated terms apply from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part of these terms at one time, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our privacy notice and our SMS terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. They don’t cover our services, which are agreed separately.
