Straight answers.

The questions agency owners ask us most. If yours isn’t here, ask it on a call.

What counts as a recruiting appointment?

A licensed agent who meets your criteria, has heard about your agency and your opportunity, and accepted your calendar invite while still on the phone with us. A person on our team checks it before it reaches you. It’s a first interview, not a sign-up: who joins your agency is decided in your interview.

The service

What does Rodeo Leads do?

We book recruiting appointments with licensed agents for agency owners and IMO and FMO leaders. We find the candidates, screen them by phone against your criteria, book them on your calendar and call to confirm. You run the interviews.

Who do you work with?

Agency owners, IMO and FMO leaders, and financial firms building a downline, in life and health, health only or Medicare.

Do you call as Rodeo Leads or as my agency?

On your behalf. Candidates know from the first minute that the interview is with your agency.

Are interviews by phone or in person?

By phone or Zoom. We don’t book in-person meetings.

I already recruit on LinkedIn. Why add this?

Keep doing it. LinkedIn works when you have the hours. We add screened interviews with licensed agents on top, without the sourcing or the back-and-forth.

Candidates

Are they licensed?

Yes, for the lines you write, and checked against state license records. You never walk anyone through licensing.

Where do they come from?

Our database of licensed agents, verified against state records. We call them on your behalf and book only the ones who fit.

Can I choose newer or seasoned agents?

Yes. Newer, seasoned or either: tell us at onboarding.

Will you book agents from my own IMO or downline?

Not unless you ask. Tell us at onboarding or anytime after.

What do candidates know before the interview?

Your agency and your opportunity: the product, whether it’s 1099 and whether it’s virtual. Commissions are yours to discuss in the interview.

Screening and recordings

Can you screen out agents with debt to other carriers?

Yes. Make it one of your criteria at onboarding, and we ask every candidate before they’re booked.

How do you screen?

By phone, against the criteria you set at onboarding: license, years licensed, current company, captive or independent, and coachability. Then your own questions, like carrier debt or whether they want to build a team. Only the ones who fit are booked.

Can I hear the calls?

Yes. Every screening call is recorded and sits with its appointment in your client portal.

Exclusivity

Do other agencies get the same candidates?

No. Each candidate is booked for one agency only. Never shared, resold or recycled.

Booking and show-ups

How do you make sure candidates show up?

They accept your calendar invite on the phone with us, get text and email reminders, and we call about an hour before the interview to confirm.

What calendar do you need?

Whichever you use. We connect it at onboarding and book straight onto it.

I’m a one-man show. Will I have time to interview?

Start small. You choose the hours and how many interviews you take a week, and we pause when you travel.

Packages and getting started

How many appointments can I get?

Packages of 25, 50 or 100, larger on request. We book at your pace, up to 100 a month, based on how many interviews you can take.

How fast can we start?

Booking starts right after your 30-minute onboarding call.

What happens after I sign up?

A 30-minute onboarding call: we set your criteria, connect your calendar and show you your client portal. Then booking starts at the pace you choose.

How do I pay?

Our team sends an invoice or a payment link, by card or PayPal.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. You buy a package, and when it’s delivered, it’s done.

Is this a fit for my agency?

If you’re hiring licensed life, health or Medicare agents for a 1099 opportunity, and you interview by phone or Zoom, yes. If you need agents with a securities license, or interviews in person, tell us first: we’ll say plainly whether we can do it well.

Before you decide

I’ve been burned by recruiting vendors before. What’s different?

Fair question. A lot of what’s sold as recruiting is a list of names. Don’t take our word for it: listen to the recorded screening call for any appointment we book you. Each candidate is booked for your agency only, and nobody reaches your calendar without accepting your invite first.

Are these sign-ups?

No, and nobody can honestly sell you those. It’s a first interview with a licensed agent who wants to talk. Who joins is decided by you.

Who is Rodeo Leads?

A trade name of Rodeo Marketing LLC. Five years booking recruiting appointments for insurance agencies, and more than 100 agencies served.

The client portal

What do I see after an appointment is booked?

It arrives in your inbox and in your client portal, with its recording and where it stands. You mark how each interview went, leave feedback for our callers, invite your team and send us requests.

Spend your recruiting hours interviewing, not dialing.
