Four steps between a licensed agent and your calendar.
We find them, screen them against your list, book them and call to confirm. Here’s how each step works, and how you can check our work.
01 Find
Licensed before we ever dial.
We start from a database of licensed agents and check every license against state records. No exam prep, no waiting on a license: you never walk anyone through licensing.
Life and health, health only or Medicare: we call for the lines you write. Newer agents, seasoned agents or both: your call.

02 Qualify
Screened against your list, not ours.
Every candidate gets a short call built on the criteria you set: years licensed, current company, captive or independent, and whether they’re coachable. Then we ask your own questions, as specific as you need. If they don’t fit, they aren’t booked.
They hear about your agency and your opportunity on that call too. So when you dial, you’re starting an interview, not an introduction.
Every call is recorded. Listen before you meet them.
Your criteria can be as specific as you need
- Licensed in the states you contract in
- Not with a carrier you rule out
- No unpaid debt with other carriers
- Able to make your training dates
- Wants to build a team, or lead one

A screening call role-played by our team, so you can hear how a candidate is screened before you meet them. Live when the recording exists.
03 Book
Booked into the hours you open.
When a candidate fits, we book them straight onto your calendar, whichever calendar you use, and they accept your invite while they’re still on the phone with us. Each one is a short first interview, by phone or Zoom.
It isn’t booked until they’ve said the time back and accepted your invite. We read every detail back, their email letter by letter, so the invite reaches them.
Before anything reaches you, a person on our team checks the booking. If it doesn’t pass, it isn’t sent, and it doesn’t count against your package.

What counts as an appointment
- 01A licensed agent for the lines you write
- 02Meets your criteria
- 03Has heard about your agency and your opportunity
- 04Accepted your calendar invite on the phone with us
- 05Checked by our team before it reaches you
04 Confirm
We call before you do.
Candidates get text and email reminders ahead of the interview, and we tell them the area code you’ll call from, so they pick up. About an hour before, we call each one to confirm. By the time you dial, they’re expecting you.
More than 60% of booked appointments show.

Your candidates. Nobody else’s.
Each candidate is booked for one agency: yours. Never shared, resold or recycled.
We call on your behalf, so candidates know from the first minute that the interview is with your agency. And unless you ask, we leave your own IMO and downline alone.
Start with 25. Go bigger when you’re ready.
Choose 25, 50 or 100 recruiting appointments, or larger on request. Whatever the size, you set the pace: up to 100 a month, and you can pause anytime.
- 25recruiting appointmentsTest the waters. Hear the calls, meet the candidates and judge us on the interviews.
- 50recruiting appointmentsSteady interviews for an owner building a team.
- 100recruiting appointmentsFor agencies hiring across a team or several offices.
- Largeron requestFor IMO and FMO leaders growing a whole downline. Tell us the plan.
Not sure which size? We’ll work it out with you on the call.
