SMS terms

• Who sends them: Rodeo Leads, from (786) 789-2945, the same number as our contact number. Replies to our texts and HELP go to that number too.
• Who gets them: people who fill in the Book a call form on rodeoleads.com and tick the box to get texts.
• What they’re about: your request, arranging and reminding you of calls with our team, answers to your questions, and information about our services, and invoices or payment links you’ve asked for.
• How often: message frequency varies. It depends on your conversation with our team, and it is no more than 5 texts a week.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. We don’t charge for our texts, but your mobile carrier’s message and data rates apply.

• You agree to get texts by ticking the box on the form. The box is not ticked for you, and you don’t have to tick it to send the form.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us without agreeing to texts.
• Some texts, such as reminders, may be sent automatically.
• Only give a mobile number that is yours, or that you’re allowed to use. If you change or give up the number, please tell us.
• You must be 18 or older.

• Reply STOP to any text. Replies such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT also work, and so does telling us in your own words.
• We’ll send one text to confirm. After that, we won’t text you again unless you sign up again.
• You can also ask us to stop by email at info@rodeoleads.com, or by phone at (786) 789-2945. We act on these requests promptly, and within 10 business days at most.
• To get texts again, fill in the form again and tick the box.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your phone and your signal, so we can’t promise that every text will arrive.

We don’t sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Only our messaging provider and the carriers that deliver our texts receive them, and only to send them.

Our privacy notice explains how we handle your personal information.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP.
